Those look way too short.
I think the correct length for the 4 bolt fuchs and Mahles are 38mm. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Of course it would help to know exactly what wheels you are talking about. Fuchs? Steelies? Westerns?
I don't think I've seen anyone carry wheel locks for any period-correct 914 four lug wheels though.

That's my thought...why lock 914/4 wheels? They don't fit much of anything...except other 914s. They are the same lug pattern as VWs from 68 and up, but have the wrong offset.
