The local vw shop by me no longer carries the braided line. Where's a good online place to go? 7mm or 7.5mm ???

Thanks

Tod

If you looking for orginal try pelican or AA (did I just say that).

If not visit your local flaps... make sure you specify FI fuel line and get the correct clamps... the ones with the "rolled" edges.

I get mine from a marine/boat supply store. West Marine is a national retail store but there are others. They have fuel line that is US Coast Guard approved and has a wall thickness about twice as thick as standard hose. I use the stuff called Fire Shield and it also withstands UV breakdown.

I use VW watercooled FI hose, spendy but good.

The braided hose is now made in brazil and sucks.

I bought mine here: http://www.cip1.ca/

They also have a US site.

Went to autozone and picked up FI fuel line. It's made by goodyear and is rated for alcohol type fuels as well.

I used to get the good German Fuel Injection hose from GPR (German Parts & Restoration), www.GPRparts.com
