Bottom one is new cut one....dulled four single edged blades....things are tuff....

Still looking for someone to trade for the spare one....

BTDT. I went to a specality store and got the proper tool for cutting that stuff.

They're called "scissors".

Here in the Bay Area, men are allowed to buy scissors without a permission slip.
