What's the order and fuse size left to right? I need a cover too.

8 high beam left
8 high beam right
8 low beam left
8 low beam right
8 park light left
8 park light right
8 license plate
16 wipers, horn, fan, lighter
8 tail lights
16 foglights
8 emergency flashers, interior light
16 retractable headlights
