I used a few zip ties...
I am sure there is some nice wierd rubber band, but zip ties work.

Personally I like the pump and or filter in the front trunk area, off to teh side. It makes it so much easier to change when needed. Just a personal preference.

I put mine on the passenger side.
Would you please post a pic of how you do it?
I have yet to put a protective cover over it..I placed it just below the board for the spare tire, but I would like to see a few nice ideas.

Here is one version. Add your filter in line on the inlet hose.
