Blower fan stuck on while key removed/ignition turned off.....'91 911.

Anyone every have this problem?? I ended up having to pull the fuse so that I can drive the car without risk of battery dying

914 content: Used front Koni Sports I picked up last week test out to be perfect...from the looks of the struts they came in and how clean everything is, I'd guess they only have a few thousand miles on them at the most
