haha, yeah. it's been over a year
fortunately, i'm going to do the re-assembling at brad's shop.
plenty of other cars for reference and plenty of brad's brain to pick from
Andy
I am considering glassing the bumpers on, as well. One question:
How do the fogs install? From under (kinda tite), or thru the opening?
Looks choice, eh
I would love to see this 914 up close. Looks Beautiful! I really want to compare it to my Scarlet Red.
It's sitting here at SSI. Forewarn me before you drive up.
Something that a whole bunch of people didnt understand at the breakfast:
The car is not done. You dont perfect the paint/clearcoat before the car is assembled. You do that AFTER it is put together. I heard people knit picking the car to death... relax. I promise the car will be scratched 2-3 times during assembly and scuffed. What you see is the first CUT on the clear. This is just to make sure the base is good.

It looks beautiful! Now the fun begins...then the real fun!
Andy,
It looks GREAT! Can't wait to see it all back together (or pics of it all back together at least...). Looks like the guy who painted it did a hell of a job.
