I was wondering if early Pedrini wheels will fit a 75??????
Yes they will
Make sure you get a lug centric balance as they are lug centric wheels.
If they are TRUE early Pedrinis they will not fit. Early cars had what is referred to Lug-Centric wheel centering. Meaning the lug bolts were what centers the wheel on the hub/spindle. Starting in 72 (IIRC) 914s came with Hub-Centric wheel centering which means the wheel has a specially machine relief which perfectly fits over a raised portion in the hub/rotor and centers the wheel. Early Pedrinis do not have the hub-centric relief and will not fully seat on the hub. They will bolt up and to the untrained eye, they will look right, but they are a safety hazard and should not be used.
There are 1972 Pedrini's which have the relief and will work.
Look at the OE on the wheel.....
Ends in 00 .... early, won't fit late front hubs (lugcentric)
Ends in 01 ... late, will fit late front hubs (hubcentric - center hole is bigger)
pictures and everything.....

Thanks to all....
Can I change the rotors from the early to mine or is this not a good idea????
Early rotors have a different offset. Early rotor only work with early struts and early brake calipers.
You can machine the hub-centric ring off late rotors though.
