Just finished the whole wire-wheeling and POR-15 of the interior. I
hope I never have to do that again to another car, it's too much
work. But
the results should be worth it. Oh yeah, one more reason to buy a
6-cyl, the oil that leaks from under the filter console for 30 years
seems to prevent rust on the longitudinal behind the driver's seat.
That area was like new.

GOOD Job Mark.
In know its a pain the in backside... but it looks great and will last another 30 years.

Hey Brad you were the one who told me how much weight the tar is,
and I couldn't imagine there was that much stuff. But at least on
the six, where there is no engine-side firewall sound pad, the piece
of tar on the interior-side of the firewall is at least 15 lbs by itself.

That looks great, bud. Good job!
Yes, there's a lot of tar, but it also deadens a lot of road noise.

Nice work! now you can do mine next!
Mark, please show me what you used to get the floors that nice. I've use a variety of different wheels and brushes and can't get close to what you've shown. Maybe you can give some pointers on Saturday at your 914 Tech Session [plug].
leave it open for staurday bud... i want a closer look at that...
