How inportant is this seat relay mine is short out other then light comeing
and starting can it be jump out by the two big yellow wire puting them together ?

On my '74 I removed the relay under the passenger's seat. There is no reason to have it working unless you want it to. Connect the "big yellow wires" together. If you remove it totaly like I did, there is one wire that is "hot" with the key, so find it and tape it so it doesn't touch ground. Or, you could leave it in place and connect the soleniod wires ("big yellow") together.
