How does one bench test a 2.0 MPS?

to see if its worth anything? I know you will never use it...its Djet FI...

You need to pull 15 on a vacuum guage for 30 minutes.
To much and you will break it.

Basically, it needs to hold a vacuum. If you can suck on it and your tongue sticks (like when we were kids) then its fine.

Pull 20" of vacuum on it. Should not leak down past 15" in 5 minutes.

Check the ohms between the 4 pins ---- 90 ohms between the outside pins and 350 ohms between the inside pins (or it could be the other way around, I'm to lazy to check).

Check each pin to ground ... should not show continuity.

And if you can pull 20" of vacuum by sucking, I would like to talk to you.

Electrical part rarely fails. The copper diaphram is the problem. The design of it lets it break in a circle.

Per the above conversion calculation chart, 20 IWC to PSI is .7 pounds per square inch. Pretty weak Blow Job. That pressure wouldn't even inflat Slits' blow up doll.
