Help me out so I don't have to do this one over and over
I put in the heater/fresh air assm. in first. Did the washer system later including the spray nozzles in the cowl. I would at least put the nozzles in first before the heater system.
Thanks, I would have left them for later too
Here is a great thread showing the installation of the heater assembly components.

Hey Billy, I guess you and me are in the same stages of re-assembly, as I keep running into your threads that are asking the same questions!
Wiper assembly first....squirters can be done at any time...same with the washer bottle.
Air diverters are next...the two units on each side.
Then fresh air fan assembly is put in.
You may want to clean and paint the top screen before you put it in place.
You may also want to add a piece of window screen to the upper grill (painted black) to prevent leaves from getting through...it helps.
Test ALL the cables before you go any further.
Once you put the gas tank in...the fresh air fan stays.
Same goes for the windshield wipers.....test before you put the fresh air box in...lots easier to take it out again.
