That piece of paper took 8yrs, and $250K+. Its weird to think I started in the online 914 community back in early undergrad. I have known many of you since then.
Doctors make the worst pilots.

Oh ya, if not for this place the whole journey would have SUCKED! I found an escape and some kick ass friends here.
The best part of er is the 4 8 hour shifts a week.

Atta boy doc! Well done.
Congrats! umm, what's MPH?
Good on ya mate!
Yeeeah, what's up Doc!!! Congratulations on a job well done.
But what took you so long? Doogie did it in less than a year!
KUDOS to you.
Donald
Congrats Doc....
Now you can go to work and cure Dirk Wright's Disease.
Betty said "Now you can legally work on trannys... human and 914!"
And Elliot is right... they don't call the Beechcraft Bonanza the "Doctor Killer" for nothing........
Big Congrat Doc!
I think being a Doc is one of the greatest contributions one can make to mankind
keep up the great work!
steve
Way to go, Mister Tranny.
So Dr. Evil is there a Carrera GT site? As soon as the school loans are paid off we might not see you anymore.
That is simply a fantastic accomplishment Mike.
Congratulations.
Randal
Congrats! Higher education is a good thing. Put it to good use!
Titles are overrated in my book however. If youre a good Doc your work will speak for itself without title. Save title for dinner reservations, hotel upgrades etc.
Frightening.........
Congrats Mike...now get out there and make something of yourself!
MD Lesniak MD
Looks real good! Congratulations!
Steve A-
Congradulations to the Evil one! Way to go!
Now you are actually liscensed to operate on trannies.
congratulations Mike. That's a huge accomplishment.
Congratulation Mike. You have a great amount of sticktoativeness. I have known a few DR.'s but not really on a personal level and don't remember any that also play with transmission grease and 30 year old transmission parts.
It really won't hurt my feelings if you end up with a few carrera gt's in your life. After so much hard work it should be a thing that makes you feel like it's a reward. My GP actually let his corvette motor go bad from not changing the oil.
It's interesting that the mumbo jumbo in the political world is that there aren't enough doctors to meet the new health plan agenda yet it seems like some organizations aren't planning ahead at all.
It sounds like the MPH is an administrative position.
It seems like I remember the guy that wrote the motor oil 101 article was a Cardiologist. He knew the human blood system so he got interested in oil systems as a side venture. Maybe it was the similiarity of the fluid dynamics part or something.
Now if you could just make the 901 into a CV Tranny that would support about 700ft lbs. while you are resting.
Knowledge of the intricacies of the 914 and the human body/psyche.......what a unique combination.
Congratulations, and where will you be doing your residency?
So.... what's next?
Congrads Mike, now you can really give people the 3rd degree.
Thank goodness! With Mike out of school he can devote more time to transmission repair!!! (Congratulations just the same.)
Skip
Doc Evil ... Congratulations ... !
Just in time for ObamaHMO!
awesome achievement, Bravo Zulu!
from transaxle mechanic to meat mechanic is quite a leap. gears are less suseptible to infection. I think ER would suit you well
