Is this true cylender head nuts at 23 foot pounds ( 3.2 mkg )
and rocker shaft nuts at 10 foot pounds ( 1.4 mkg )

seem kinda lite torque spect: ?????

Yup, that's them.

Make sure you do the cylinder heads in steps, and go around in the torque sequence. Across and across and across the head, so nothing gets warped.

Do the rocker shaft nuts for each cylinder when that cylinder is at TDC, so the valve springs aren't pushing the rocker shafts away from the head.
