..I don't know if anyone noticed the mal-adjusted headlight in the pic on the first page, or not, but there is a reason that it's like that.

...make sure that, those of you that purchased your kits, you 'work' the bushing interfaces for a smooth operation prior to installing the assembly into your buckets. As a reminder, the tolerance stackup was based on my 74, and there is no slop, absolutely no slop at all. If you find that your bucket dimensions are smaller than mine, remove material off of the support tube bushing as in the tips that I posted a while back. It spoke to removing .03125 max from both if your buckets were narrower. If it is slightly wider, then you have no problem.
Remember to apply a little grease to the inside of the support tube bushing and the pivot pin bushings.
