Saggy rear end....need springs and shocks to boost her back up.
Recommendations please.... car will be used mostly as recreational driver. Perhaps some light Autocross, and a track day (maybe someday)
Specific make for shocks, spring weight, etc and where to purchase?

I use Bilstiens with 140# springs. Stock front except with Bilstiens there too. Stock front and rear sway bars.
Aggressive street driving. I love it. Not too harsh and it still rips.
I am using 140 springs in the back, stock sway in front. Shocks are just the KYBs that were on the car when I bought it. Eventually I'll get better ones, but these will do for now.
If you use 140s in the back, I'd not use the rear sway. Could make you tail happy unless you also stiffen up the front end beyond stock.

IMO, 140#s is too much for a -4. For a mainly street -4 like you describe, I'd say:
100# rear
Boge (softer) or Bilstein (slightly firmer) shocks/inserts
factory front sway bar
or more aggressive:
100# rear
Bilstein shocks/inserts
22mm (or larger) aftermarket sway bar
And, I've had great luck with Pelicanparts.com...

I have shortened 100# in the rear with Bilsteins and front is Koni yellows, I got all four shocks from the classifieds at different times, they were still practically new.
I have adj KONI struts in the front, and bilstiens with a 120# springs in the rear, and BOTH sway bars hooked up....and it drives fine.....
Ummm, don't bump it up too much higher, it looks kinda normal to me
Maybe lower the front a little
I would suggest anyone considering suspension upgrades to go with adjustable rear coil overs. It's not expensive and really adds to the potential setup on any car.
