Certainly seems to be a good price given what little is actually known. The big thing, as always, is structural rust damage. IF the car's solid, then yes, this seems to be a good price. Of course, even if the car checks out nice, I'd offer less, because everybody always lists for more than they're willing to accept.

hi NINE_14, I live 30 miles away from Binghamton, If you would like I can look at the 914 and give a list of the defects. I have owned about 30 914's helped with 6 and v8 conversions and I currently own 10 914's (mostly parts cars).

It would be difficult to build that car for the asking price.
