I think they left money on the table NOT bringing it back to Irish green. I don't quite understand it.

I agree, Irish Green 914/6 is a GREAT color!

I like Ivory, but I like Irish Green more. I don't like color changes not done expertly. That car looks nice but around the Karmann tag looks terrible and you know your eyes would go there every time you opened the door. Not a real fan of the clear turn signal lenses or the steering wheel. Really, all insignificant stuff easily remedied. Overall a nicely done Six. I wonder how the B&B header/heat exchangers work?

Posted by: rhodyguy Jun 2 2015, 02:57 PM

Iirc, those that have bought the BBs have been underwhelmed by the heat and defrost delivered.

nice car but not restored ....side shift, clear parking lenses, crap paint job ,PMO carbs, clear braided hose in the engine bay, B&B headers and the list go`s on ,,,and he thinks the fog lights are for a defroster thats not even in the car .I didnt see a price so I called him ! I got the voice mail and left a message..if he calls me back ill post the price

Interesting - in the video, I thought I heard him say it was a 1976 - which I thought was odd confused24.gif

Would have been nice to see what condition the "green" paint was in before the respray.
