to all you who have upgraded to Boxster brakes. Has anyone use their stock 15" wheels for this set up? Wondering if it all fits with out any modification.

Yes, 15 '' wheels will clear the Boxster brakes at both ends.
I have a set of 15'' cookie cutters that I tested on my Boxster setup. No clearance issues.
