914World.com _ FS/WANTED: 914 Cars and Rollers _ FS: 1971 914 with Subaru -$10,000

Posted by: vin man May 5 2017, 08:46 PM

I've got 2 914s and only want to focus on one of them. My 72 is listed for sale here: http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?act=ST&f=20&t=307255

One will sell and the other will continue to be built. If I continue with this one, next step is Air Conditioning and then on to paint. The car is rust free and the current paint job is a 5/10, but I'm not a fan of the gulf scheme.

I drive this car all the time - I love it! I would do another subaru conversion in a heartbeat.

This one is running the renegade hybrids cradle with a stinger ECU. Side shift 901 trans with renegade hyrbrids custom shift linkage.

Other details (copied from my craigslist ad):
This is a great running and driving car.
Powered by a Subaru water cooled EJ25 motor, this car has about 160hp and tons of torque.
Rust free car currently painted in a Gulf paint scheme.
