Anyone know this car? Vin # doesn't look right, 6th digit should be a "3" right?

Dick Barbour backdrop, but not sold by them.

That looks like my neighbors car, he sold his to Barbour last year after it didn't reach his minimum on Ebay. . it was very nice, original car with a recent respray in the OE color. .low miles. . Dick told me he resold in 3 weeks later, I seem to remember it went to Virginia.
