I'm sorry - I don't know the meaning of "Ball Park shipping"

I can send with Austrian Postal Service ... USD 30 (including tracking number)
this parcel could weight up to 4.3 pounds, so if you find somebody else in your area, who wants another miniature, you could save on shipping costs

American slang. Ball Park is for Baseball.

'In the ball park' means close or in the neighborhood.

'Out of the ball park' would be something extreme. (could be good or bad.)
