Tunnel fuel line each $40 + $25 shipping
Tunnel fuel line (set of 2)$75 + $35 shipping

If ordering a complete set shipping will be $40 in continental US.

complete your installation with the following,,,

Fuel tank fuel sock $10
Fuel tank sealing ring NLA for now
Firewall grommets $2.00 each
Engine shelf grommets $4.00 each
FI hose clamps $2.00 each or $1.75 each(if you order more than 10)
Shipping included if you buy a set of lines.

Thanks for looking!

I put together an install video,,,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxFRQTWLetw

There is a still image where I show a drill, WD-40 and the stock grommet. You only need this if you are using a 9.5mm return line.

Posted by: Rotary'14 Aug 31 2010, 06:58 PM

I can also supply lines in 8mm now too! Now I can say my set is a direct replacement for the stock sizes. biggrin.gif

Same great price.

Any chance you can make a set with AN fittings welded on the ends? I will need a set of AN-8 supply and AN-6 return.

Does the engine need to be out to fit these?

The engine can be in the car to install these. The most you might have to do is support the engine with a jack, and pull the engine mount back a little on the right side for some clearance.

I will work on an install video with the engine in the car next time.

Hi Robert,

Got the lines and they look great! Over the long, straight sections of the line, they're bent slightly. Is this intentional for an easy install, or did it just happen in shipping? No big deal to bend them back, but I thought I'd check.

Thanks!

Hi Doug, the slight bend is intentional,, that's why the box is not flat.

Are you still making fuel lines? I have a '73 2.0 and would like to replace the original plastic lines. I also need at least the grommets for the fuel line holes leading into the engine compartment. If I move the fuel pump to the front under the tank, should I use a 9.5 mm line for delivery or 8 mm for both delivery and return?

Please advise current pricing and shipping charges to 89503.

Just curious. What is the problem on shipping them to the great white north?

Posted by: Amphicar770 Jan 29 2016, 09:53 PM

Have you thought about offerin stainless, pre-bent brake lines. Many of the originals are NLA and no one seems to offer a pre-formed kit.

Sure, you can buy straight tubes and bend your own. But for those of us who are 3-D deficient, they always come out looking bad.

Posted by: rhodyguy Jan 31 2016, 06:58 PM

Helped a fellow member install the tunnel lines today. If you buy the whole kit, EVERYTHING is right there. The lines slip into the stock clips on the firewall like butter. Tell the guy you're helping to take off the pass rear tire. dry.gif Repeatedly. rolleyes.gif He will listen to you later. Then it will take about 10 minutes to fish the lines thru. You'll never get the 30+minutes you wasted back before the tire removal. biggrin.gif

There is a still image where I show a drill, WD-40 and the stock grommet. You only need this if you are using a 9.5mm return line.

what happened to your video?

Hi Robert,
Finally got around to replacing my cracked original fuel lines and
installing the new fuel lines I bought from you, as I now
have the engine and fuel tank out of the car.
Perfect fit, grommets and lines went in very easily, less than 10 min,
with no muss, no fuss.
Thanks again, Jacquot

I've made this set, it's 9.5 mm SS .028 tubing, and 8mm SS .028. The ends have beads to keep the fuel lines from blowing off. I've bent it and test fitted the prototypes upon my car. They fit very well IMHO.

Engine Compartment $22 each + $10 shipping
Engine Compartment set (2 lines) $40 + $10 shipping

Tunnel fuel line each $38 + $14 shipping
Tunnel fuel line (set of 2)$70 + $16 shipping

complete your installation with the following,,,

Fuel tank fuel sock $10
Fuel tank sealing ring $.50 each
Firewall grommets $2.00 each
Engine shelf grommets $4.00 each
FI hose clamps $2.00 each or $1.75 each(if you order more than 10)
Shipping included if you buy a set of lines.

Can these be installed with the engine in?
Thanks for looking!

Yes the tunnel lines can be installed with the engine in. The higher up you get the car,, the easier it will be. And you really should remove the fuel tank to make the job easier.

Just installed my set. Easy install. Jacked up the rear on stands, didn't have to remove anything. Fished it through. The ends snapped right into the existing clips. Thanks for a great product Robert!

I am in need of replacing the fuel lines from the tank back to the motor and engine compartment lines- all.
Also, all of the lines on the fuel injection system. I have no idea of the total number of clamps need. I would want a few extra. Do you sell the injection line as well ???

1975 2.0. The long term project is to up hp by a modification of 2.0 or swap for more cylinders - V8. If that is a larger size line I am going to do that now.

I want everything to do it right....Fuel tank fuel sock, Fuel tank sealing ring,
Firewall grommets - how many 2 ???
Engine shelf grommets - how many ???

I can be reached at 419 276 2299.

Thank you and God Bless

Jim

Received mine yesterday. Great workmanship. Install was a breeze. Engine was out. Took me about 20 min to install including removal of old lines. If you don't have these lines and have the ability to replace them. DO IT.
