What are the specifications of the rubber that you say is superior to OE. Durometer hardness? How much filler? Is it beyter than you center support bearing for Cayennes? Talked to a customer today that had the rubber rip out at under 7,000 miles.

Checked with engineering, the mount uses NR (natural rubber) with a hardness of 75 on the Shore A scale. Methods of manufacturing natural rubber have been updated a bit thanks to modern technology, but the final product is virtually the same. We're considering making a variation of the mount that uses harder rubber for performance applications. I also let engineering know about the issue with the Cayenne center support bearing, and they're pulling the item for review.

The mounts are manufactured in a controlled environment certified to QMS (Quality Management System) TS 16949.

Good news for folks running higher horsepower engines! The high-performance 914-6 “Club Sport” version of this mount is going into production and will be available in a few months, and the URO part number will be 914 375 049 00 HD.
