I was able to get my Fuchs polished after mediablasting them for a reasonable price of $25 per wheel at

R&I Polishing
Woodland, WA
360-901-1880
360-607-7014
They do truck wheels (18 wheeler) for a living and I spoke with them about what I was doing and agreed to polish my wheels.

Yup - did mine too. Nice-from-three-feet job for not much green.

Are they still working out of cargo containers?

full polish iirc. they looked very good, esp for that price. i would suggest just call them, arrange for prepaid return shipping through which ever company you choose. the shipping was $17 and change each, coast to coast, for some form vees, via fedex. i went to discount tire and grabbed some 15" wheel boxes out of their recycling bin. remember the 3 hour time dif.
