Do you a set for the front and the back when you do this?

The rear 'shock absorber' for the 75-76 rear bumpers mounts under the trunk and the hole for the shock does not enter the rear trunk. So you really do nothing for the rear. The front 'shock absorber' for the front bumpers is mounted inside the front trunk. This is the one you want to seal up. Use a little rtv silicone with the plates to seal the front.
