Chapters for a Main Menu $.50/each
(up to 99 chapters per menu)
Label/case.... No Charge
Shipping/handling/insurance $14.50
(of your original materials/1st DVD)
Duplicate DVD's w/label/case $12.95 each (1-5)
$10.95 each (6-10)
