914World.com _ Originality and History _ beginning my search

I lived in Stuttgart area from 70-73. Fell in love with the 914. Yellow of course. Back in the states I believe the base price was $4990 or something at that time. Now I can afford to treat myself... bucket list kind of thing. What are the problems to be on the lookout for... specific rust areas, etc?

Once you find one, post some info and ask if anyone will come view with you. All they can say is, "no" or keep quiet.

Heck I'm having a helluva time figuring out this forum thing! What is historically available in the Texas area for 914s?
