What fastener goes here between the two holes ? Threaded bolt with sleeve ? The space between tab and car frame is about 1-1/4 1-1/2 inches.

Bolt from inside front trunk, washer, lock washer nut. I think 10 or 12 mm. Pumpkin is a 70 also and I did not find a sleeve. Just pushed on it to get nut started and tighten.
