914World.com _ Originality and History _ Straight Handle Seat Track?

Posted by: wqqdys Mar 26 2020, 11:50 AM

With some extra time at home, I’m cleaning out my garage. I came across this seat track. It has a straight handle, all others I’ve seen has a curved handle. I’m sure someone here must know. Thanks forum!

And now for sale on Ebay @ $650........that maybe a bit ambitious.

Then my perfectly restored one with the proper knob must be worth twice that, GLWS.

My March '70 -6 has the straight arm and flat knob like the original picture.

Two of my 914-4’s have straight arms. It was an early thing, not exclusive to sixes.

And I gave one to 914forme because his car needed it more than mine.
