Did you buy it as an investment or to have fun? I'd rather have fun and drive my cars into dust than let them sit for the next owner in hopes of making a couple more bucks.
Pretty car. Someone polished the wheels.

That's a great looking car.

I agree with mepstein. Insure it for what's it's worth and then drive it.

If not for investment then drive it, but care for it.

It's missing the jack plug.

Nice appearance package. Never seen a 73 apearance package 1.7 in that color. What color code is it?

They are basically correct. The real question is, why did you buy it?

I don't buy cars as investments. They're toys and meant to be driven.

I'd say drive it as much as possible. It sound to me like you didn't want a museum piece

Another vote to drive it and share it with the world. Not driving it makes no sense to me unless you have so many cars you just can't get to it. beerchug.gif

I just saw this car today in Pomona CA.
As many of you know, the owner Danny @http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showuser=24470 passed away in December. Alot of us saw Danny and his car at Pataluma WCR. His brother has this low milage yellow car for sale. I wish I could afford it.

I just missed by a half hour buying his other project car. It was completely stripped and looked kind of bad until I checked the hell hole, longs, cabin and trunks. No visible rust and in very good shape with loads of parts including 2 complete engines and transmissions.
The buyer got a heck of a deal, I could kick myself for not getting there a half hour earlier.

I’d drive it, but sparingly. Put 1 or 2k miles on it per year. That’s what I’d do.

Not driving a Porsche is crazy. Why buy it. There are better investments than a car.
