914World.com _ The Paddock _ fighting some fuel pressure problems with my six racer

Posted by: jmz Sep 22 2020, 02:36 PM

I'm running a deadhead holley regulator which is pretty much a garbage piece of equipment I think...

I'm either going to spend some money on something like an aeromotive deadhead regulator or switch to PMO bypass regulator.

What is everyone doing? deadhead or pump around with bypass regulator?

I so should.
I'm really sick of our club politics here.
wondering if next season can be all visit races....

but we have our last event the same dates as hallet
and for various reasons, including proximity...
I think it will be my only race this year

can't wait for 2020 to end.

SO AGREE ON 2020 ...and also the loathing of club politics. ...or just politics.

+1 on a recirculating fuel system. A deadhead regulator actually can be used to make one - just put it in the return line back to the tank.

Thanks! I went ahead ordered the PMO regulator so I will get started on replumbing the fuel system when it arrives.
