i thought about it ...
but i'm going to wait until i acid dip my chassis. probably winter 2007/2008 ...

welds are awalys only as nice as your grinding skills ...

I agree, it is a PITA due to cr@p or whatever inbetween the joints, not as easy to weld as perfectly clean material....

Have you ever looked into the weld through primers. Might be a better option.
