These pins attach the e-brake cable to the arm on the caliper. They are held in place by http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showtopic=105100.
The pin shaft is 6mm in diameter, 15mm long. The clip groove is 12mm down.
The pin is constructed of steel and was originally cad plated.

Does anyone know where to find the clevis pin nowadays? The McMaster-Carr part is NLA and a search for the Porsche part number turns up nothing. Apparently metric clevis pins with retaining grooves are not easy to find...
