I had contacted several of the member vendors and got preliminary nods for give-aways. Almost universally, they wanted me to contact them closer to the event which at that time was September.
What should we do with the give-away stuff? In the past silent auction has been used. I suppose the money was then used to defray costs but if we keep this simple we should cover the cost in the registration.
How about simple drawings at the dinners?
We could use the donations as prizes for the car judging?
I'm wondering how much we'll be looking at with the economy the way it is.
