Regarding the discussion to "print some flyers". Who is the target audience for the flyers? Are we intending to ask national PCA and all regional PCA clubs to print/post the event in their newsletter/on their web page? I believe it would be a good idea, but newsletter deadlines are fast approaching or may have already passed.
We could also distribute the flyer to as many Porsche dealerships as possible to be pinned to their bulletin boards.
To design a flyer I would need final events/times, etc.
(I see events listed on planning forum)
Could also use final event graphic (Steve - could you share when completed?).
Is Dan gathering the "goodies & prizes"? Shall I coordinate with him so we don't duplicate the MUSR "ask" on potential providers?
One Flyer specific to the Ramble needs to be included with my paperwork to the SIG Advocate and PCA Zone Rep. If it doesn't have a complete itinerary then I'll have to include that as a separate attechment in the same package.
First crack at a flyer. Comments and suggestions welcome.

Here is another flyer in full print resolution (2mb). Also as http://www.914musr.com/musr/MUSR12flyer.pdf (2.1mb)
Steve - this is much better. I like the additional pictures that tell the bigger story. If it's OK with you we should adopt this version as the "Official Flyer".
Any objection from the MUSR Planning Group?? Speak now or start distributing the flyer as you see fit. The wider the distribution the potential for more attendees.
Thanks, jcb.
For anyone downloading to print, both the jpg shown above and the PDF are print resolution so use either one.

Thanks Steve. I have downloaded the pdf version and emailed it to most of the Zone Reps in the area asking them to forward it ro all the regional contacts. Hopefully that will help spread the word.
Ron - OARK is the correct spelling for the name of the lunch stop, hence, the "OARK RUN" even thought the run will be through the Ozark Mountains. See the small picture at the bottom of the flyer.
