I think we need:

1. Press Release for 1 week out distributed to the Indy Star / Columbus' Local Paper / Nashville paper if they have one
2. Press Release for Fri/Sat of the event for same papers
3. Press Release after event

Who's good at writing. I'm a good critic and can help edit, but I'm not a good writer.

I had a similar thought the other day. What about radio (WWWY 106.1 in the Columbus area)? And the morning news programs have community announcements also.

I've been known to wax on eloquently from time to time, but I'm drawing a blank here. How much are we looking at? Are we limited by words? by letters? by square inches?

Never done a press release....

can be just a short paragraph to 1/2 page or a page.
