Ok, you've decided on the dates and location. Now, time to total up with per participant cost and start signing people up. Add 10%+ to the cost and start getting people signed in. Costs equal t-shirts plus provided meals and such...

That's hard to do at this point, no meals have been discussed or planned, haven't heard from Ken on t-shirt design so haven't priced them yet, sent him another email this morning.
