It may be helpful to track who has paid for tickets. Please post up info as payments are received. This way, anyone can respond if someone asks "did you get my check, paypal, smoke signal, etc.

I am heading out at 11am to a wedding and will be unreachable all day/night. I have call tomorrow at the hospital so I might be very busy. I intend to take a full head count before I leave and call in the numbers on my way to the wedding 1.5hrs south.

Mike, I didn't see the accounting for this this thing. Did you end up with enough money or are you short? Excluding the Brad and Charles cash I mean.

Hey Rick,
I forgot where I posted the brake down, but we are all good for money. We made like $100 (woo hoo). At least we are in the black. I just have a problem with party crashers that invite their friends. Rich made a good point that we all used Brad's site for a long time so we should just let it go, but I am having issue with that. I dont expect to hear back from him....he is that way.

I'm glad you guys came out in the black. I also agree the event is a separate issue.

I paid to use his site. I supported him and his causes, I prompted his ideas as all of us did and still do.

he texted me from the airport telling of the "stuff" he had; didn't really catch up with him the whole weekend. Briefly at the swap.
