Unfortunately for me it is time to have to sell my VW. I can no longer afford to fix her up.
I recently was layed off my job so the money flow is tight but she needs some motor work.
After calling Kline VW in Lakeside I got a quote for a total rebuild OR another motor for $1695.
She still is drivable right now but after the repair she will be worth around $5000 and RELIABLE.
So in other words my loss is your gain.

Only 106k Miles
First year w/ 2.0 motor (same one as in Porsche 914)
Upgraded seats off a Honda S2000
No other immediate problems!

This CLASSIC piece of culture and history is worth saving!

Price is $2950 firm.
Will consider trades.
