SOLD
Up for sale is my low-mileage TRIAD Dual Outlet Muffler for a pre-'75 2.0L exhaust system. The sale includes a dual cut-out rear valance. The mating surfaces of the flanges are nice and flat, and there are no leaks. Left: Right: These are the gaskets that were removed (shown for illustrative purposes only, they are not reusable) The muffler is in excellent condition and has less than 2,500 miles use. It looks good and sounds nice and throaty, but it's a bit louder than this old fart cares for in a DD. I painted the mufflers with 500° low-gloss black and semi-gloss aluminum on the tail pipes before I installed it last year, and touched it up a little after removing it yesterday. Left: Right: The right side of an OEM valance was cut out by an unknown person. It doesn't appear to match exactly when looking at it from the bottom, but it's not noticeable when installed and looks pretty good. Left: Right: It has a few minor ripples that could be (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) massaged if so desired, but I was fine with how it looked on the car. $300. + shipping (CONUS only, no overseas shipping) $325 if you ask for a discount (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I always ship at the best rate available from either FedEx, UPS or USPS and include full coverage insurance unless otherwise instructed. NOTE: Craig at Camp914 has first 'dibs' jmalone is second in line T.C. is third in line (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) |

I'm looking for something on the quiet side. If you don't mind I'd be interested in what it's replacement will be.

I replaced it with a stock OEM 2.0L banana (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mueba.gif)
I need to locate and paint a stock rear valance. I think I have one or two around here ... somewhere. |

With all the interest it got, I should have asked double the price (maybe I could have gotten away with it if I posted as sebring911) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) |

Someone buy this! It's a steal. A new triad exhaust is $320 plus shipping and they are made to order in many cases.... The fact that it comes with a cut valance and painted up real nice and purty are the steal factors (Hello, I'm Captain Obvious (IMG:style_emoticons/default/w00t.gif) ! Nice to meet you folks!).
PS Mark I AM going to call you about that shifter stuff. Just have to jack up and crawl under the 1.8 that's on the floor and see if those pieces are connected to the engine mounts....they aren't on the bar. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) |

On it's way to TC (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)
One box, 35 lbs, 62 x 18 x 12 ... FedEx on my account to a business address. The length is the killer dimension (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) |

Sometimes USPS is less expensive than FedEx or UPS, but when it comes to overseas shipping, USPS appears to be the way to go.
When shipping via FedEx, having an account with them helps a lot. It reduced TC's shipping charge by $21. over a non-account rate. |

What the heck would you need a Triad for TC? Don't you remember that purty /6 motor in your garage? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
