I'm looking for a matched set of gauges for a /6 conversion we are working on. I need the 150 mph speedometer, a 911 tach with redline markings at 6700, and the "triple" gauge that houses oil temp, oil pressure, and fuel level. Gauges need to be in good functional and cosmetic condition. Would prefer gauges from the mid to late 80's , but will consider others as well.

What engine? IIRC 3.2 needs a certain tach. Not 100% sure as I'm doing a 3.0 and most of the early stuff will work for me. Speedo must match the trans, if it's a 901 your /4 speedo will work fine, I believe some 915's are mechanical and some electronic, etc....
Make sure you're getting the right stuff. |

TimothyND on this site is in south bend and does great work. He should be able to modify and make the stock gauges work if that would interest you.

Tim does great work but for a 6 you'll want to change the redline on the tach so for me it made sense to buy a 6 tach rather than modify the 4. It will still go to Tim for an led upgrade.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) I have no provisions for changing the silk screen redline on the face dial.
However, I do have a new project in the works. I'm in the process of duplicating these from scratch (with a modern tach drive). But sadly, this is a slow going project |
