Early ('70-'71? - the steering wheel that came with it has a "6 70") date code) steering column w/ steering shaft and universal joint. Has ignition key that does not turn, the large cut wire bundle contains 8 wires. $75 shipped lower states - thanks

The key turned with a little effort before I sent it - maybe a little jogging will help and I did provide the best key with it. Good luck!

It doesn't matter to me if the key does not work as long as the cam on the tail of the lock is intact.
