I'm pulling the 912E off the road for a full time driver and replacing it with a beetle for a while with my A/C set up and TIV.....
I'm gonna get the 912 back in concourse condition and the wheels need rework badly. There is no damage to them, just all original fuchs that need a face lift... who have you guys used? |

Just dropped a set off at Al Reed's and took pics of Seanery's wheels and caps. Excellent work, great people. Long standing reputation.

Just got off the phone with him last night. He says they are swamped right now. My turn around time was two weeks but that was a month ago. Well worth the wait though.

he turned my wheels around in 5 days but he wasn't as busy then. It's all about backlog.
Small shop, small business, he takes time to talk to customers, he treats people right. I have never heard anything negative about him, his shop, or his work. Very highly recommended. |

Jake,
There is a guy, Alex who advertises here. His shop is in Brandon, outside of Tampa. He is a good guy, does alot of VW and Porsche wheels. I've seen his work and he is first rate. He has an add in the parts wanted classifieds, it is #29 he goes by '70Fasty. Paul |

I found some very local to help me with my wheel polishing and the price was right... cost me an ice cream cone or something like that.
I'll see if I can set up a deal for you. Nothing like child labor. Attached thumbnail(s) |

Give my buddy Martin a call. Check out this work here:
http://www.theddb.com/nick.html Martin's friend in Cali does the work. There's a phone # and email on our web site to contact Martin. BTW, the rims look sha-weet! I'm now thinking about getting my Mahal's done now... |

Okay... I finally have taken the 912 off the road for a couple of weeks and I'm looking for the member "70fasty" that ury mentions. Does anyone have his contact information?
I searched a few times but it seems the search function is quite limited at the moment. I have the wheels off now, and I removed the tires today so I need to get these puppies to someone pretty quick.. |

That would be FLOUR polish, as in what they make bread from. It is very fine and soft and produces an exceptional finish. |
