My experience (and my friends have others)...
Ordered 2 seats for the race car, paid cash (big mistake) salesperson quit a month later. Nobody placed the order. I called several times, no one knew about the order. They wouldn't refund my money until they found the salesperson that quit. It took about 4 months. Nobody said I'm sorry, or anything. It's too bad because there were 3 of us starting our race car projects at the time and one other got a worse deal than mine. I don't know the details so I won't go any further on his. One guy did get a decent deal on a set of Fikse's and 032's but that was the last straight deal we got through them. |
