I can't find results searching for VTO or +VTO, is it because it's a three letter search term? Anyway I'm curious about these, 5x130 pattern, 911 offsets, 15 and 16 inch wheels in 7 and 8 inch widths:

I'm curious, anyone know anything? I bought a pair of them recently in 5x130 15x7. Very nice wheels, IMO. I do like the 15x7 Fuchs I have better on my car, tho, so I'm sure I will end up selling them. The VTOs are nice and Hap at VTO was very easy to deal with |

I'm curious, anyone know anything? I have a set of the 4 lug wheels. Very nice, though a little on the heavy side. For a street car, I don't car. Very nice price. The wheels are not hub centric and need to be machined to fit post 73. (They did not charge me extra for machining.) -- brett |

While they're not as light as some other wheels on the market, or fuchs, I really am in love with them on my car.. Even made it on to the VTO website (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Not bad looking. I sold some 4-bolt Panasports to a member here. Love that look and it always hurts to see how good they look on his car. Key word being "his" car.
These look so much like the Panasports, or that Superlight copy, do you know if there's any common pedigree? There aren't any weights on the website, do you remember them offhand, or do I have to call? And those are 7x16's, right? It looks like they go under narrow bodied rear fenders pretty well, better than 7x16 Fuchs. Any drama getting them to fit? And what tire is that, size and model? Well done making their website, your car looks good, and looks like it belongs there. |

They're heavy and $650 a set, including accessories, no way they could be forged. I hope he proves me wrong, but it's not a high hope. A pretty low hope.

I'll weigh mine when I get home and compare them with my Fuchs. They are definitely heavier than the Fuchs. You can google 'VTO 914world.com' or 'VTO pelicanparts.com' |

You can google 'VTO 914world.com' or 'VTO pelicanparts.com' Waiting to see the result (IMG:style_emoticons/default/popcorn[1].gif) BTW if you don't have a small scale for such things and are going with a bathroom scale, the way to do it is to hold 2 (or 4!), stand on it, then again without and do the math. Keeps to the more accurate area of it. |

I have the 4 lug, 16x7 wheels. They have been machined for hub centric, and they weighed 18 lbs on a cheapie bathroom scale.

I can't say much about the weights of the wheels, but here's the scoop on the wheels/tires combo.
They're actually 15x7 on all 4 corners, they just used my car on their 16" page. The tires are 205-50-15 on the front and 225-50-15 on the rear, with a 1/4 inch spacer on the rear. My rear fenders are pulled, so I can't directly speak for the fitment on a narrow rear fender. The only nuance I found was the issue of the wheels not being hubcentric to a 5 bolt hub.. It's VERY close, but not quite perfect. I ended up having to buy hubcentric adapter rings that were probably $20 for a set of 4. The measurements are 73.1-71.6mm adapters. Most custom wheel and tire shops will sell them. I think they are low pressure cast wheels, like both SuperLite and Minilite brand wheels, and the backside of the wheels look identical to that of a true vintage minilite |

I want that to work, but get a "400. That’s an error. Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request. That’s all we know." message. Gotta love google's messages, when Chrome crashes it says "She's dead, Jim" But that "914world.com "VTO" search works great. Thanks, that's a really good trick. |
