I lack Power. The car idles fine. But is running Hot. Have adjusted the valves - Twice. Vacume is steady at 15psi. New Fuel Filter. Just had the injectors cleaned.
Frustated, and Stumped Any recomendations? If it is the valves It is beyond me to pull the engine and what ever may come next. Can anyone help or recomend a good shop in S. Cal. near Long Beach. |

What is your timing situation? Over advanced?
Idles fine, runs hot... have you checked for caked on/built up crap under the cooling tin? M |

Running hot.
Lack of power. Classic symptoms of retarded timing. Just advance one degree at a time until you hear detonation at full throttle and then back it off a degree. Make sure you get ZERO pinging or it's a short life span for you engine. Your welcome. |
