My friend Greg sent me pics today of a 914 he got from his neighbor. It's a little modified and had a Chevy 350 in it. Luckily, he just happens to have a dirt track car with a hopped up Chevy 350. So he grabbed a Porsche gearbox from me and his monster engine, and track day it is!
Not sure how much of the body work he will keep but he is looking for some box flares if anyone has any they can cut off. You can drop them at my booth at Hershey so no shipping issues.

He will also be looking to sell the wheels since he is going wider. I have some super wide ones he can use. I can bring the wheels to Hershey so no shipping issues there either.

On the other hand, put a monster small block in but leave the stock wheels on. That could be very entertaining.

SHAVE THE WHALES!

Whale tales look wrong on a 914. They don't match the body lines and the flat trunk puts them at a weird angle.

Dang, get these whale tails up to high enough speed to create downforce and they would lift the front ends up off the road! A bit over done to me on a 914, I just don't like the look.
