Hi Everyone,
I need help with installing the thermal control Flaps for my 1975 914 1.8L engine. I purchased the Flaps from a junk yard, they are in good shape, but I tried to do a dry-run install into the tins that are off the engine, right now and the floating flap has nothing to clip to. The diagram I attached does not show how it connects together inside the housing. Anybody have something for me? Thx -Monte Attached thumbnail(s) |

Hey, i pulled out my air shroud that i just got back from powder coating, and i figured it out. I see the two small pins that the flap connects to, but im missing a couple parts to the flap set. I need to get them. Thanks I got all the parts i need from several different places, ebay, 914 rubber, etc... |

We even make part #16 it will set you back $1.60 But do check #10 while you are there They will set you back $10.88 and are silicone for a better seal.
Mostly to check to make sure the cooler isn't plugged up. It's easy to get to now. Attached image(s) |
