Yes there is yellow paint under the the black....but unfortunatly it was a sunflower yellow car to begin with.... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)

When I first saw it I thought the same thing..... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

The lady I rode home on the plane from Kelowna (to get parts for Smokey) who works at the local P dealership, her daughter had a Bumble Bee......it was sold to a Ford dealership and she was going to check if the daughter had any info on the car (or pictures).

Mahels + no targa vinal +74 +yellow paint means it could have been a Bumble Bee (LE car) to begin with.....but the vin number puts it under the build range....

it's just a good candidate for restoration (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/beerchug.gif)
